Dealing with Racism in the States?

How do I deal with the Racism here? When I have a co-worker that is treating me different. A co-worker who looks at me with eyes of distrust and who avoids me because of skin color what should I do? How do I combat racism in the work force? Or what about out on the streets doing daily activities like movie theatres, restaurants, parking lots/garages, stores, beaches, and the like? What do I do when I know someone is looking at me in fear/anger? Why is there so much Racism in the States? And what can I do about it?

Create you own business and you will not have to be looked down on in the office. But you can at least eliminate the problem where you earn a living.....

toughen up. This is a country of fighters not cry babys, the sooner you learn how to give it like you take it, you'll be much better off.
You can do nothing. You cant help but be judged by some people because of your race.

when racists start talking about how blacks are this and that and then i go ok i am not like that, then they say ughh well a ****** is a ******, no matter what.

just make them look stupid and dont pay attention to them, who cares there may be some who hate u because of your race, but there are a lot of americans who will accept you, you just have to find those nice people
Ignore them. That's the best, safest way to deal with racism.
