How do I buy movies from iTunes America if I am in Canada, whose iTunes doesn't sell movies?

This is so stupid! iTunes canada doesn't have movies available but iTunes America does. Can I set up an American account? The only thing is I think it wants an address and I don't live in the states. Are there other legal sites? I was looking at www.youripodvideos.com (youripodmovies maybe, I forget) and it looked perfeclty legal but then I found out you can download Spiderman 3 and Disturbia and stuff, which is still in theatres so I don't think that it is legal anymore.

Yeah, I just checked out that site, and its not legal. plus, it's a scam, it doesn't work. if you go into iTunes Music store, you can go down to the bottom of the page, where it has the little country flag, to signify which country's store you're using. click on that, and you can chose which store to use. go to the american store, and then re-sign in. easy as that.
