You can't sue her, because you entered into an illegal business arrangement with her - by being paid "under the table", you avoided paying taxes on the money you earned. Since you agreed to be an unofficial employee, you are not eligible for unemployment. Learn your lesson and only accept legal employment or provide services as an independent consultant.
Yes, her business practices are no doubt unethical and illegal, but there isn't much you can do about it, since you yourself engaged in not-entirely-legal business practices.
You can attempt to get your things back - make a detailed list of what is yours, and if possible list where you bought it, how much it cost, how long you've had it, etc. Present her with a copy of the list and request that she release the items to you, or you will present a copy of the list and her contact information to the police - if she threatens to accuse you of stealing, she will have to show some proof to the police. Calmly tell her she is allowed to make any accusations she likes, and you will allow the police full access to search your home, to prove that you have none of her property. If she's already engaged in shady dealings, she'll probably want to avoid a full investigation by the police, so it's doubtful she'll pursue it. Call her bluff and ask for your things back.

Report it to the IRS. Of course you'll have to pay tax on the income. Sue her in small claims court for your stuff.
